Their employees used Dayforce Payroll to clock in and out for their shifts, while visitors and contractors signed in via MRI OnLocation.
While both systems worked perfectly in isolation, it meant that at any given moment, the “Employee” list lived in one database and the “Visitor/Contractor” list lived in another. For a safety warden running an evacuation drill, this meant reconciling two different sources of information in real-time.
The Solution: Real-Time Synchronization Time & People worked with Rheem to bridge this gap. We built a seamless integration that enables Dayforce to “speak” to OnLocation.
Now, the moment a Rheem employee clocks in via Dayforce, their presence is instantly pushed to MRI OnLocation. They automatically appear on the OnLocation dashboard alongside visitors and contractors.
The Result: One List for Everyone The most critical outcome of this integration is the Unified Evacuation Report.
By consolidating the data, Rheem’s safety wardens can now open the OnLocation Mobile app during an emergency and see a complete, real-time list of every single human being on site—employees, contractors, and guests. They can account for staff members who clocked in via payroll just as easily as a visitor who signed in at the kiosk.
