Downsizing office space & managing the hybrid workspaces

The post-pandemic world has forced organisations to reconsider the office space they need, with many employees opting to stay with a balance of working from home and from the office.

The Australian Financial Review last year reported on the findings of design firm Hassell’s global survey of 2500 office workers that people required to work full-time in the office are twice as likely to resign as those able to mix workplaces.
