Businesses such as bonded warehouse are required by the ABF to maintain a record of all visitors to the licenced warehouse and must make this record available to the ABF officers on request.
Visitor records must include full name, address, drivers licence number if applicable and the name of the person being visited.
Utilising a digital Visitor Management System you can manage all of these requirements when you visitors sign in electronically using an iPad, kiosk or QR Code;
- Collect first and last name
- Collect address
- Visitor selects their host
- Upload or scan a copy of the visitors drivers licence and ask them to enter some details
- Report on visitor records as required
