How to best pre-screen your visitors

With businesses reopening and employees returning to the office we will now also start to see the return of visitors to the workplace.  These visitors could include customers, clients, delivery drivers and the return of face to face meetings and it’s now more important than ever to know who is visiting your workplace and their current health status prior to their arrival.

One way to do this is by using an electronic visitor management system that enables you to pre-register all visitors coming onsite, send out pre-screening questions in advance and sign them in electonically on arrival in a completely touchless way.

The simple steps can include;

  1. Pre-register your visitor – using an integration with your Outlook or Google Calendar all you need to do is add the meeting to your calendar and the system can process the pre-registration, asking your visitor to complete their profile and answer some questions in advance.
  2. Send out meeting details to the visitor – Pre-registration can include the standard details of the meeting and more; google map of your location, parking tips, evacuation instructions…
  3. Send out pre-screening questions – Within 24 hours from arrival send further communication asking your visitor to answer some covid health related questions & upload a copy of their vaccine passport
  4. Touchless Sign in – On arrival the visitor can sign in touchless by scanning a QR code that was sent as part of the pre-registration process on a device like the below OR use their own mobile phone to  scan a QR code provided by the company on a device like the below or a QR code poster.
