Integrate & automate temperature checks with visitor management

Many businesses are now looking into new and better ways to stay COVID safe and remain open. Using an integration with an automated temperature sensor and automated visitor management system will help by ensuring employees and visitors feel confident that their health and safety is being protected.

Visitors and Contractors can simply walk up to the temperature sensor unit (with an inbuild automatic hand sanitisor dispensor) and have their temperature taken. Then upon an acceptable temperature result a QR code will be displayed on the screen which the visitor can scan using their own mobile device and complete an automated sign in process which can include personal information such as name and mobile and also a health and safety questionnaire. Once the process is complete the host will receive a notification that the visitor has arrived and complete all compliance checks.

If the visitor, contractor or employees temperature is over the acceptable limit a visual and audio alert along with an SMS to the relevant personnel is activated and the QR code to sign in will not be displayed.

     

Employees can use facial recognition and temperature scanning to be identified and sign in their presence on site via the visitor management system all in the one process.

Visitor Management Key Features include – arrival notification to the host, print visitor passes, pre-register visitors, contact tracing reporting, contractor management, induction management and emergency management.
