Knowing in real time who is on-site including employees, visitors and contractors has never been more important.

When you electronically sign in everyone coming on site using a visitor management system you can display with dashboards critical people presence metrics and data.

Dashboards can be displayed on large screens or any smart device. They can also display messages such as “Hazard Warnings” in the footer of the stat screen, such as the one displayed below.

A people screen option will allow you to display a scrolling list of visitors, employees, and contractors names that are currently on-site or as shown below, currently off-site.

You could also use dashboards to manage people over multiple buildings or floors and manage occupancy restrictions.
