COUNCIL CUSTOMER COMMENTS
![]() Overall the automatic notification to the person that the visitor/contractor is coming in to see. They either get an email and/or text without interacting with any reception staff. This has been fantastic. The visitor/contract gets a unique name badge printed complying with our Visitor Management Policy. With the kiosk set up right at the entry point to our building, visitors, guests and contracts can easily register their presence. Have a label printed and notification of their arrival. The drop in times the visitor needs to interact with front line staff has dropped over 60% What do you like most about the visitor management software? Time saved by not needing to wait for our service team to assist. Sometimes they can all be occupied serving/talking to other customers. Fast check out using the scan code from the printed label. ![]() The visitor management software has given us a professional sign in system that is simple to use and is a lot more professional than the old manual paper sign in sheet and generic badges This system allows us to monitor people in the building at all times and also with being in a new building we have been able to pull some fantastic statistics on the numbers on meeting and behind the scenes visitors we have had since opening our building. The system is also so user friendly that is enable all staff once approved the capability to pre-register their own visitors for quick and seem less sign in of all visitors. What do you like most? The simplicity but also the fact that there are many associated modules available that we can turn on at any time without any delays or further financial outlay Karli Fairclough |
![]() WhosOnLocation has made a huge difference in how we manage visitors to the Shire Offices. People email the Customer Service Team with details of the visitor / s they are expecting; our front counter staff enter these visitors into the system and simply check them in on arrival. WhosOnLocation is easy to use and all customer service staff are very comfortable using the system. When asked “What do you like least about WhosOnLocation?” Donna said “Haven’t come across anything that we don’t like” Donna Wade |
