Oakland Community Health Network required a visitor management system that allowed multiple sign in/sign out kiosks that could all be designed for individual areas within the building while also allowing for concierge functionality where multiple tenants in the building could also use the same initial self serve visitor kiosks. After a successful implementation in 2018 Oakland Community Health Network were ready to add the first tenant.
Last Month the first tenant went live with New Horizons Rehabilitation services being added to the system. Visitors to the location select the company they are visiting and then get taken through company specific information for the company selected before the host gets a message to alert the visitor has arrived. Visitor Management tenancy kiosks allow multiple tenants in one building to use a single visitor kiosk to sign in and out visitors and contractors.
More about Oakland Community Health Network.
Oakland Community Health Network leads a provider service network that assists approximately 25,800 Oakland County citizens, as well as manages a $300 million dollar budget. This budget provides funding for more than 300 service sites.
People who receive public mental health services through the OCHN provider network include those who have an intellectual/developmental disability, adults with a mental illness, children with serious emotional disturbance, and persons with substance use disorders. The majority of these individuals have Medicaid.
OCHN exists to ensure that all of these individuals are made aware of and have accessibility to services and supports that will improve their health and quality of life, as well as ensure their engagement in full community participation.
