Located in Melbourne, Collins Square by Walker Corporation is comprised of six buildings and occupies a full city block
Collins Square Melbourne needed a visitor management solution that allowed concierge to easily manage visitors from multiple tenants at centralised concierge desks. After looking in 2016 at several software solutions Collins Square selected Time & People to deliver Concierge visitor management software giving concierge staff access to information on pre registered visitors across multiple tenants while also allowing for a random visitor without notice. A fast sign in process was required. Tenants can pre register visitors or groups of visitors in advance giving concierge visibility on people due to arrive in advance of their arrival.
Last month Collins Square added Redify and Kloud to the tenant list for concierge visitor management.

More about Collins Square from Walker Corporation website…
Living up to our reputation for the love of heritage buildings, we are proud to have retained and refurbished the historic southern portion of the Goods Shed, in its day (1889) the longest single building in Australia.
Working closely with the Victorian Government, we opened the first two towers at Collins Square in 2012, closely followed by the third and fourth in 2014. The remaining two towers will be progressively finished in June 2016 and 2017. Retail and hospitality outlets are also being opened and built for the fast-growing Collins Square community and neighbourhood.
Lang Walker AO recognised the potential for this site over a decade ago, with its prime location beside the new Southern Cross Station, apartment buildings and football stadium. The development forms a vital ‘bridge’ between Melbourne’s two major commercial centres, the CBD and Western Precinct.
