Many of our customers globally use some sort of labour hire or contract labour so I have had plenty of time to listen to the issues associated with managing the people coming to our customers locations. The top two issues are....
- We do not know which contract worker they are sending!
- We have to induct all the new contract staff every day!

Problem Solved – Give access to your suppliers to a contractor portal that will allow your supplier to load the names of the people coming to the location and ask your supplier to have all new contract workers complete an online induction before they come to the location….and if they do not complete the induction before they arrive on site you can stop them signing in their presence on site!!
