Fonterra select WhosOnLocation Visitor, Contractor and Induction management software for the Dennington location in Victoria. The Dennington location produces nutritional milk powders, as well as whole and skim milk powders and liquid concentrates. The site opened in 1911 and more than 100 years on in 2014 collected and processed more than 21 million litres of milk from many of Fonterra’s 460 dairy farmers in western Victoria.
Like many customers Craig started with visitors signing in then moved to contractors and finally included employees for the purpose of evacuation using the evacuation module WolEvac.
I asked Craig how is the software helping him with visitors to the site –
The software is managing our visitors on site because we exactly know who’s here and who’s requiring to be escorted throughout the site. The automatic email and text when a visitor arrives on site.
Craig likes the text that comes when a contractor signs in, The text to the host includes the mobile phone number of the contractor that just signed in.
Craig said – We are in total control of the contractor from the time they register to the time they leave site. The inbuilt function of a text with the phone number attached is an extra bonus.
I asked Craig what he liked the most about the software and he said – The ease of the software to use and the flexibility to suit your own requirements.
I asked Craig did he have any other comments that he wanted to share and he said – Great software and service -Keep on doing the things that you are doing.
