Today I wanted to give a shout out to one of our suppliers Teamwork
We get comments every week from customers about the systems we use as we work through an implementation. From the moment a project kicks off our team are super organised but it is not just all about the employees this time.
We started using Teamwork several years ago when our open projects hit about 30 and we were really struggling with spreadsheets. Today we manage around 80 projects at any one time with the capability to move up to more than 200 projects. Teamwork has allowed our company to take on twice as many projects with no more staff required.
Some of the coolest features that I love are the dashboard, project dashboard and the openness for our customers. Every project, every location every customer gets access to the project giving live up to date information back to the customer. Giving access to the customer I am sure has cut the phones calls in half, before we had Teamwork and we were using spreadsheets the calls were constant with customers wanting to know where we were up to, what was the next step, even though we emailed the details to customers we still got the calls.
Our projects consists of software and hardware implementation as the Visitor, Contractor and Induction management software is implemented. Any single location project can have many tasks, add multiple locations and you move into hundreds of tasks to be managed and checked off during the implementation process.
Now we have Teamwork customers have full access to the progress of the project, open communication is giving everyone involved a better experience.
