Johnson & Johnson Medical selected Time & People to provide WhosOnLocation visitor management software after looking st several products on the market, value for features was one of the comments on why WhosOnLocation was selected. Initially starting at Ultimo before moving out to further locations the requirements included Visitor and Contractor Management. Ultimo set up a low cost touch screen self serve visitor management kiosk that sat next to reception. This allowed visitors and contractors to sign in when reception was busy or away from the reception desk.
As the next locations started to prepare I was sent details of a company called IQ kiosk in Wollongong and I was asked if our visitor management software could work with the visitor management kiosks that IQ kiosk made. We make contact with IQ kiosk as we had not worked with them before. I discovered that IQ kiosk was a specialist kiosk company providing self-serve kiosks right across Australia including theme parks like Wet & Wild. It was not long before IQ kiosk was preparing airport style self-serve visitor management kiosks for Johnson & Johnson Medical.
The visitor management self-serve kiosks were spectacular. We have since gone on to provide IQ kiosk visitor management kiosks to many customers across Australia.
