RS Components selects Time & People to supply Visitor and Contractor Management solution

RS Components selected WhosOnLocation Visitor Management cloud based software over more than 5 competing companies in December 2014

Steve originally called in because his existing Visitor Management software was installed on a PC in the office and the PC died. When the PC died so did the program that was installed on the PC for Visitor Management. Steve loved the idea that we were a cloud based solution knowing that if ever the PC died again in the future he would not lose the Visitor Management program.

Compliance was very important to Steve as explained in the initial telephone meetings where Steve said the company had achieved just over 600 days without incident and still wanted to improve the current processes. By the time we completed a detailed online demonstration of the visitor management software Steve said we were his preferred visitor management solution.

Steve wanted an all in one kiosk and selected a Surface Pro to do the job. Visitors now walk up to the self serve kiosk and sign in and out giving electronic data to be recorded for future use including evacuation management.

I checked in with Ronnel this week who works with Steve to see how the software was going. Ronnel said the software was going great, it is very easy to useĀ  and the kiosk is working great. Ronnel said he really like the auto sign out feature for visitors who forgot to sign out taking them out of the evacuation report the next day.
