Superannuation funds select visitor management system

Over the past couple of weeks we have had a run of superannuation funds looking to implement a visitor management system. It does not matter what business you are in, if you are looking to streamline and update your visitor management solution then read on.

Recent new customers include VicSuper based in Melbourne and State Super Financial Services Australia based in Sydney. We have also received further inquiries from SA and WA over the past 4 weeks. After demonstrations of the visitor management software each company has committed to go forward knowing the visitor management system is capable of handling all of the needs for single and multiple locations.

Most companies today have manual visitor books, these companies understand the issues associated with the manual visitor book including the limitations on reporting. Many inquiries we receive include the ability to report on WhosOnLocation right now.  In fact the most asked question we receive is can we report on who is on site in the event of an evacuation.

Can you run an evacuation report to report who is on site right now at your location? Can you step out of your office or factory and pull up a report on an ipad of who is on site right now in the event of an evacuation?

Cody from SSFS in Sydney said after the demonstration that after looking a multiple solutions over the past 4 weeks nothing came close to our visitor management system. Cody needs a solution for more than 15 locations around Australia. With such a large organisation Cody needed SSO and the ability to update the solution with AD. As soon as you have a few hundred employees or more then AD integration is important.

Calvin Wong from VicSuper in Melbourne said he wanted a visitor management desktop system for our reception, Calvin was looking to minimise the required space for the solution we implement.
