- Emergency evacuations and reporting -after an emergency has occurred, it is important to account for everyone. Tracking visitors that are onsite is the only way to truly ensure that you know exactly who was there, and where they may have been.
- Employee payroll issues – if employees have personal or professional visitors, that could account for some of their hours worked if there is ever a payroll dispute.
