Most common Contractor Management questions this week….

I wanted to share with you the hottest and most common questions received this week for the Contractor Management Software.

Question: Can we set up Inductions for contractors to complete as part of a per-approval process?
Answer – Yes, once the Induction is completed you can forward to contractors and employees to complete the first stage online. This online process can free up a lot of time in onsite admin work.

As the QHSE Manager you will receive automated email reports that will confirm the results of the Induction completed online and the record is recorded against the employee or contractor record.

Question: Can we get monthly data reports?
Answer – This is a hot question and asked a lot, we have heard many stories of how hard it is to collate data from previous months manually even worse when you need data from a month 6 or more months ago. Current users of the Contractor Management System can on the very next day of the following month pull an instant report on the month previous, going back into previous months is very quick also.

Question: Can you link with site access control to open a gate?
Answer – Yes, you can see a recent example of a full height Turnstile using RFID readers and cards

Question: Can you keep track of training, inductions, licenses and more with expiry dates.
Answer – Yes, the Contractor Management system tracks all of these and will even send automated reminders to employees and contractors in advance of expiring. With Access Control in place using something like the full height turnstile employees and contractors will not be able to get onto the construction site on the day of a license, training, induction expiry.
